Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting — please get involved!

Inclusion and diversity are integral to the IMI values, and we are working hard to make IMI a fair and inclusive place to work. This involves looking at whether there are average pay differences between employees from different backgrounds. To do this, we need to gather ethnicity data for all our UK employees — and this is where you get involved.

Look out for your leaflet in the post around 9 December and complete and return your form using the enclosed pre-paid envelope.

Pension City

Your form will be returned to an independent firm, who we are using to collect the data securely before we analyse it. All data we collect will be held securely and will only ever be used to look at equality reporting.

As a thank you for taking the time to tell us your ethnicity, you will be entered into a prize draw and could be in with the chance of winning an iPad!

Deadline for responses is Monday 28th February 2022. The winner of the iPad will be chosen at random and notified within 7 days of the deadline date.

Matching pension contributions increasing to 7%

That’s right! From 1 January 2022 IMI will match your pension contributions up to 7% (currently up to 6%), which means that if you pay 7% in, IMI will too — and a total of 14% will go into your pension pot, helping you build up your retirement savings even faster!
